Our specialist policy provides cover for your property during the renovation process. The policy can provide cover for both residential and commercial renovation projects.

Under a single insurance policy we cover both the existing structure and the contract works on an 'all-risks' basis throughout the period of renovation. The insurance is purchased on an ad-hoc basis and will run for the duration of the project.

The insurance policy may also be extended to include employers and public liability cover, own and hired in plant insurance and contents insurance.
